- Products must be returned within 3 days after receiving the shipment to receive a refund to the payment method used on completebeautysupply.net.
- The original email order confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Complete Beauty Supply.
- Products ordered online can be exchanged in our local store. Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value.
- Store credit will be issued for returns without a receipt, or for returns that are not made within 3 days of shipment to the customer.
- Rewards points earned for product being returned will be deducted from your account.

Complete Beauty Supply does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Complete Beauty Supply will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
